A corporate conference requiring high quality production and flawless execution across multiple conference days.

The Challenge

UpLight Technologies was tasked with transforming a standard ballroom into a vibrant, immersive experience that embodied the event's theme, "Unique & United," while delivering seamless, technical execution for a multi day event featuring keynote presentations, panel discussions, multimedia segments, and entertainment.

The Vision

We fused creative scenic design, detailed technical planning, and precision execution to deliver a fully immersive retro inspired experience that was both nostalgic and modern.

Design & Pre Production

We began with conceptual renderings and technical drawings to visualize the stage environment and plan for AVL integration.

Custom Set Fabrication

Our scenic team brought the concept to life with handcrafted elements and vintage inspired styling.
